All communications with Conveyorware Business Distribution Software are secured by data encryption. Most small and medium businesses maintain separate software packages for recording all their business records. Conveyorware is a true “All-in-One” business distribution software. With ONE login Conveyorware provides seamless data flow from front office activities and warehouse activities (including the shipment of orders) all through to your Financial Statements.
Conveyorware meets the needs of most business types, from the smallest business to the largest corporations with multiple locations and multiple statement needs.
Included in your set-up fee is the conversion of your customer and inventory files. In addition, a current order file can also be automatically loaded with the use of the Conveyorware API – No re-keying necessary!
Your accounting and financial records should be closed-out in your current system in order to begin fresh in Conveyorware. You will need to create your beginning balances from your current system for each General Ledger account using a manual journal entry.
Conversion of additional accounting and financial history records is also available at an hourly billing rate.
Migrating the items identified above can take as little as hours or days depending on file layouts and accessibility to the records. Conveyorware staff will do the mapping and up-loading and will establish roles and responsibilities to complete the software migration.
Subscribers receive twenty (20) hours of free training time with a Conveyorware subscription and, as noted above, the start-up fee is directly related to the conversion of your data. If your company requires unique or extra assistance, these special requests may be charged an hourly fee based on the services provided. We have found that companies needing primary data transfers and processes do not exceed the set-up fee charge and the 20 hours of training provided in the subscription price.
